22.05 (Fri) - CRM ICA 1 - Service Journal (800-1000 words each for positive and negative) (20%)

25.05 (Mon) - NO TUTORIAL AND LECTURE for the DAY
27.05 (Wed) - MAKE UP tutorial for Consumer Behavior 2pm @ D511
28.05 (Thurs) - PR ICA 1 - Research Project on Role of PR in organisation. (25%)
29.05 (Fri) - NAFA Test for All Girls (Compulsory) (Guys optional for this round) 5.15pm @ Block G Stadium.

02.06 (Tue) - MingJie's Birthday
- CRM ICA 2 - Call Centre (20%) * Hand in script (not confirm when yet,will inform when we know the information)

03.06 (Wed) - Entrepreurship ICA 1 - Individual Report (15%)

Retail Seminar for Essential of Retails Studies BM0208
